On monday we had a near death experience with one of our show calves. I had to be to school early Monday morning so I was just going to feed the calves thier morning feed after I got out of class. But my dad decided to go feed without telling me. He fed 2 calves a 50lb bag of an off brand feed. When I went out to feed that night, I found my little brothers steer BLOATED to within an inch of his life. After a lot of yelling at my dad on my brothers part and 500cc of Mineral Oil I saved the steer. All I can say is dad won't be feeding the calves again.
